CEL light for O2 sensor
Ok can someone please help me. I am frustrated beyond everything lol. My car is late for inspection because the check engine light is on. It is throwing the code *system running to rich bank 1* I was told it was my O2 sensor..the first one and i bought it ($128) and replaced it yesterday...drove for about 2 miles and had the code erased. It stayed off for about an hour and then came back on..the same one too *system running to rich bank 1* Now it also has a pending code *delayed response from 02 sensor* What else would trip the first readout besides the 02 sensor. I even tightened it after the car warmed up. Its in good.

The screws (hex key screws) are completely rounded off lol. I tried to drill them out...any ideas on how to get them out. Maybe if i take a drill bit to them??
I just went out and bought MAF sensor cleaner. Soaked the crap out of it like it said to on the can. Hopefully this works out.
UPDATE---Just test drove it after using the specified cleaner for my MAF sensor....I def recommend everybody clean it...Gained a noticeable amount of lost power back...gonna drive to work and back for the net 4 days to see if my code shuts off

I manually cleared the code after cleaning the MAF sensor with the recommended stuff. It comes back on within 5 minutes. The O2 sensor (the one in the manifold) is brand new. I was told to replace it because the coe (system running too rich bank ) meant that I needed a new 02 sensor. Apparently thats not the case. I just dont want to tspend the money on a new MAF sensor and have the code keep coming on. Does anyone know what that code is saying for me to replace??

I just read in a post earlier that an O-ring in a fuel injector may be broke causing the light to come on...im going to end up replacing the CAI (from injen to AEM), the MAF, and going to upgrade the injectors....hopefully it shuts off
