CEL came on today. i had the same CELs about a month ago. One is system rich Bank 1 and the other is something about manufacturers Mass Air Flow. I already replaced the upper O2 sensor and I thought the problem was fixed, but I cleared the codes around Thxgiving and they came back today.
Before I was havig an issue with my check valve and it was literally leaking and I had a boost leak. Since then I tightened it up and boost is back to normal.
Symptoms:
Car reads crazy rich up top. It seems like the longer I am WOT the richer it gets. My wideband reads 12.0 then it gradually gets to 10.9 at the top of 2nd, then by middle of 3rd the wideband reads 10.0...
My tuner thinks the check valve might be faulty and the vacuum the superchrger makes just sucks the meth through. I have it being sprayed in the TB spacer and he recommended tapping the intake. Anyone have any ideas?

P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Sensor 1 ECM, PCM- hmm HO2S stands for Heated Oxygen Sensor but not sure what insufficient Switching Sensor stands for. Does it mean your O2 sensor is overheating, or that there is a switching mechanism that failed because it was overheating?
did you mean P0172 Fuel Trim System Rich ECM, PCM- this is probably because of the P1133 error
I don't have HPT in front of me but what did your tuner do to give you a nice AFR? Did he switch any of the safeties off? Raise the COT temps or lower the PP fuel multipliers? I know there are others but these come to mind first.

I cleaned the MAF sensor and cleaned my TB and then it still was throwing codes after they were cleared. My tuner said try replacing the upper 02 sensor. And when I was doing that I also noticed my check valve was leaking and meth was spraying everywhere but where it was supposed to. I put in the 02 sensor and reconnected all the meth lines and it seemed like the problem was fixed over Thxgiving. as fas as what my tuner did to get the AFR I have no idea. I'll point him in the direction of this thread...

I think you might need to bring the car back to me to see what is going on man. **** was straight after all that tuning we did and now something is jacking it all up. Not to mention that Clear Image Downpipe being such a piece of crap IMO. Like I've said before without actual hands on the car it's sort of hard for me to figure it out. I might should have some time Saturday or Sundaythis weekend if needed. Let me know man.
