CEL P2135 Help

So just to fill you guy's i took the car a month ago to the dealership for the fuel pump and powersteering motore recall. Ever since the the car has been messed up first car kept going into Engine reduce power, battery kept drain, and car started to shut down and jerking on me. Took it back in the dealer two weeks later said my battery one cell is done so need a new battery but battery was fine before. The engine reduce and the jerking and shut down idk but the installed a new PCM. After that got the car back told me i need a new battery gonna get one tomorow. After getting then car back drove home it like right up the street from the dealer parked the car sat for about 3hr till i had to go to work. Started the car cel went off took it to oriely's they hook it up code P2135 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation -PCM and
P0315 Crankshaft Position (CKP) System Variation Not Learned -PCM. So the guy deleted code are started fine went to work but engine reduce power keeps popping up. today it went off twice and it now only the P2135 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation -PCM . Sorry for the rant but does anyone know how to fix this or should i just take it back to the dealer? which I am tired of the dealer ******* **** up help please.

Go out and check to make sure the pcm connectors are clipped in on the pcm properly.
THe crank learn should of been done by them when they installed the new pcm,ask them if they did it.And if they did it probably didnt work properly and have them do it again.
The pcm change could be the source of all the problems and not having it calibrated to the car properly.

Just found this

Important: The Crankshaft Position (CKP) System Variation Learn Procedure may have to be repeated up to 5 times before the procedure is learned for various reasons.
