Check engine light comes and goes
2005 2.2L LS coupe
Like the title suggests, my check engine light will come on at random, it could go 100 miles and then it clicks on. It could go another 200 after that and comes on. Or 10. Point is it is random. Tired different gas, gas cap etc. When I checked the codes it was the knock sensor. Is this serious in our cars? Can I just let it continue on? My Mechanic said he'd replace for me, but he recommend I just leave it?
