so i was out of town in new york for 4days, car was sitting in garage.. i get back and take it out to meet up with buddies of mine, it starts good, but a message pops up "check system charge"
any ideas on what it may be ?

its a 06 LS 5Spd

 

Check the charging system (See if the belts for the alternator are all in order...etc). If anything, go to Autozone and check to see if it has any codes.

 

mine came on before and my battery was just dead, get a jump or a new battery and the message should clear.
