Trouble Opening Trunk, Rough idle

Well my check engine light came on the when I warm up the car it idle jumps fromabout 500 to 2500 and keepsd bouncing back and fourth almost stalling out sometimes (any knowledge on this would be a very big help).

I ran the code awhile ago and it said something was up with my throttle positioning sensor, so i reset the battery and it ran fine afterwords. Well now I'm 600 miles away from home and it started doing it again after the drive so i reset the battery and closed the trunk. For some reason the one key I have isn't opening the truck (dealership only gave me one) and the trunk open on the inside of the car doesn't work (guessing it's electric). Any ideas on how to get the trunk open?

There is an emergency handle inside the trunk. You will have to put your back seats down, and crawl into the trunk. It's a little white handle near the latch mechanism.

The ignition key fits in the trunk lock cylinder... unless you shaved it?

try getting a jump box underneath the hood on the positive post of the fuse box and on a ground (strut tower), and hit the trunk button......that should do the trick

Or check to make sure that the connector is plugged in.

Ditto. There is a small connector on the back of that cockpit button that sometimes gets left unplugged if you do work that requires that panel to be removed.
