Angry clicking noice

I have a 2006 Chevy cobalt ss....when i start the car i hear a Rhythmic clicking sound.. it start 2 click then it stop.. then it start again....it sound like it under the hood.....i been trying 2 figure out what is the problem....what is making that clicking noice ......that noice is starting getting no my nerve now....please somebody help me...............

More specific info? Rhythmic ticking? How many times before it stops? Not really enough info in your post to give clear advice. My guess would be fuel pump because it click from time to time and it's normal and expected.

Yea it like a Rhythmic clicking noice...when i first got the car every thing was alright now, for the last month i been hear this clicking noice..... only when i start the car up that is the only time i hear it ....i may just call chevy......

like said above timing chain, OR
if it stops after warm up...the piston skirts are lean for emissions and once warmed up wont make this noise anymore...common on many engines...tripped me out at first

If the clicking sound goes away after a while its a exhaust air leak. Have the dealer check it out.
