I know this has been asked before I just can't find the old thread.

I am getting this clicking noise about 10 secs after start up and goes for about 10mins after I turn the car off. I read on this site that it was the exhaust cooling, just wondering if anyone who had this problem got it looked at

well I have alos heard that it could be a different problem that wasn't the exhaust.

Basically I wanna know if it's something that needs to be fixed, because my car sounds like a tickign time bomb when i turn it off

 

I took mine into the dealer for this problem. They checked it and said it was just the exhaust warming up and cooling down.

 

Yeah man its just the exhaust coolin down, all cars do it, just some are more quiet than others and some sound different

 

yes, normal noise, my car does it, so does just about every other car i know
