clunk in front

I have canuck motorsports lowering springs in and i havent upgraded the struts/shocks yet, and since the day i put the springs in, ive had a clunk, almost sounds like the strut is bottoming out/compressing fully and hittin the top.

it happens over small bumps/dips in teh road as well as big ones.. any ideas??

what exactly am i hearing??

My buddy's accord has some clunking problems too after lowering, I think he said it was something to do with not having the right bushings..

He has a different engine in the car and its now stick and was once automatic haha.. But the clunking came from lowering.. He did buy new bushings but the mechanic didnt wanna install them cause he said it would take forever to get the old ones off and put the new ones on.
