I have a clunk noise too, just one clunk tho, when I'm at a stop with the clutch all the way in, and either go into first or second gear. Now If I'm rolling slightly it doesn't make a sound. Just when I'm waiting for the light to turn green and put it in gear right before I go...maybe I don't have the clutch completely down? The car doesn't lurch forward or anything, can just feel the clunk slightly...
