It wore out.

Or you broke it.

If you want a better answer you might want to be more informative with the question.

Ok, clutch slipping.

How many miles on the car?
Is it an sc model?
Modded?
What mods?
Buy it from a dealer?

would it be possible for you to have someone in the back seat behind you taking a video so we can watch your speedometer and tach as you do this?

Clutch slipping. If you have 400+ hp with the stock clutch, it is slipping because of too much power. If you have less power than that, the clutch is gone.

What RPMs are you flooring the car at? Too low will make your clutch sad.

A clutch works somewhat like a disc brake - either the friction material is burned off to the point where it doesn't grab, or (most likely) the springs and/or throwout bearing are worn out and it doesn't have the clamping force that it used to.

The clutch can slip with less than 400+ hp. Is it logical to state this as a blanket statement? I agree, though, that the clutch is slipping.
