Clutch not disengaging

I've got a 2007 SS/SC. Sometimes the clutch wont disengage all the way and the car gets stuck in gear. I have to pump the clutch and run it through the gears with the engine off a few times to get it to work. Both the clutch an throw out bearing have been replaced. The clutch also grabs immediately when pedal is released. Nearly instant.

Usually this is caused by it not being bled properly, a bad or improperly placed clutch pipe elbow seal, or a blown master cylinder.
