everything was fine just sitting there in the parking lot with the clutch all the way to the floor...and then i try to go again..and the clutch all of a sudden grabs like half the distanst it normally does..i put it in nuetral and go to step on the clutch and its like very loose up top then and not as difficult to push down as before..on top of that it was very difficult to get it in to first only happened twicer on the way home tho.but the clutch just grabs and goes still...what the hell just happened or is happening

ok just went out again and now after the first couple of shifts the clutch got real stiff agian and now its working like it use to ???

Well if its the throw out bearing you're in for some work as the whole tranny needs to come out and that involves dropping the subframe. It's only an 80$ part and takes 5 min to change once the tranny is out, if thats the bright side. How many miles are on the car and do you still have a warrenty?

If you have that many miles I would say it's your TOB.
If its broken then you'll start to leak DOT3 out of your bellhousing or it will get burned up in the clutch which will destroy your clutch. Check your reservoir to see if the fluid level is down. If every thing is still working properly I would keep driving it until you notice a problem again. Just keep checking the fluid level as it used for the brakes also.

Does the warranty cover clutch replacements? Or is that considered normal wear and tear?

I think it would vary dealer to dealer on whether or not they would warranty it.

WHAT! Never wait for anything to break. It only leads to more problems down the road.
