Ok so i thought my engine was knocking, i have figured out its not, but there is still a ticking that is happening under WOT. This just started happening after the track and i burnt up my clutch, could it be pieces of something in my tranny?

 

does it still drive normal when you are not hitting it

 

yea, from first to second gear takes for ever under WOT it just spins....

 

my LS makes a tick/rattle sound occasionally with the clutch in.....this appeared after frying my clutch in a burnout.....explanation: i let the clutch out slow, wasnt thinking.....damnit.....
