So I took the SS to the track on Saturday and I went through two runs and on the end of the thrid I heard this noise coming from the engine bay as if the clutch plates were partly sticking to the flywheel because it made this sound like when the when brake pads are worn down to metal and they are hitting a high spot on the rotor. It still shifted fine and I shut down the car for about an hour and drove it home from the track with no noise and it shifted fine. Is my clutch going bad? Some one out there with clutch gone bad have heard this noise? Please let me know so I can start saving if it is the clutch going bad LOL.
