Codes and running rich..Need some help!

Car has been running rich for a few months and I get codes P0121 and P0171 once a week or 2 weeks..UEGO is showing 10.0 during WOT and black smoke is pretty bad..What could be my issue tune is fine?

Well what does the code say? Throttle position sensor. Try a new throttle body.

if the car was fine then went stupid rich i would check the o2 sensor to see if its working if one sensor is off it seems to throw every thing out another thing the p0171 is for pcm not throttle plate
