Cant seem to find my problem here, although i may suspect it to be in my tune. coolant fan is always running when car is running ( wont turn on with just key forward ) but if i pull relay "cool fan 2" one fan will turn off and pull "cool fan" the other on will turn off.

any suggestions ?

 

It's the tune, if you want to eliminate it, than it would have to be tuned to factory specs for the cooling fan shut on/off.
