Coolant problem...

I started my car the other day and heard what sounded like water running under the hood. I didn't think too much of it (maybe I'm an idiot? I dunno) so I drove it around for a couple days and no warning lights came on so I thought it was all good. Finally I get around to looking under the hood and I smell something sweet (which I know is glycol) and sure enough there is absolutely no coolant in the reservoir. So I drive it to Wal-Mart (I figured what the hell, I've been driving for 3 days over 100 miles a day anyway) and bought Dex-Cool, took it home, waited a few hours, and put it in. Drove it around a few miles, got gas, checked under the hood...totally empty again...no idiot lights, nothing. It still reads about 189F for the coolant temperature but I can't figure out how the reservoir is completely empty, it's not telling me it's low, and it's still reading a temperature. I'm calling the dealer tomorrow (Monday), but does anyone have any ideas on this?? It's a 2007 2.2L with 46,000 miles.
