wow, i am sorry to read all of this. a true horror story.

makes me nervous for the dealership to put in my stage 1 kit soon.

Can't you take it to a another dealership just to have a second opinion? the techs might be better there or have done work on these cars before.

As for the stalling and car dying.. i think in some regions there was a recall on the cat converter. An extended warranty for others.. Maybe that's its im pretty clueless about cars just what i have heard somewhere throwing it out there

If your cars under warranty shouldn't the battery be covered?
If they say now, tell them your not paying 150 bux, and instead
go get one from Advanced for 110. They can't refuse to accept
a diffrent brand battery under the magnawhatever warranty act.

BTW: Ask them for the code for that said its a battery? I dont recall there being one.

Nobody is going the warranty a battery like that. It's most likely considered a wear item like brakes, tires, clutches. Why would someone get those things fixed at a dealer anyways? Tons of places can do it cheaper.

Yea well i got a new interstate battery for 120 got the car back last week still acting up not its throwing cel p2315 throttle postion sensor. last night cel went off again but didnt go into engine reduce power mode so gonna go check what it is today. I called the dealership told them about it so now i gotta take it in again. I would taking to another dealership but the other one thats good is all the way across town. We'll see what happens now to see what excuse they give me. Cause the guy was like it might be throw a code due to your battery. i didnt buy one from them before so he didnt know i got a new one. lol so i told him it wasnt that becuase i have a new battery hopefully they dont **** up my new battery.
