Dash/Door Noise?
Has anyone here ever experienced a noise in warmer weather where somewhere around where the passenger (or maybe in some cases driver) door makes a noise over bumps...pretty much a rubbing noise, like the door is rubbing the dash...almost like a low pitched click or something of the sort?
I've had it at the dealer once, they said they "fixed" it, BS. I still have full warranty, but if anyone has fixed this before, what was the cause and what did it take to fix it.
FYI I'm pretty damn sure it's not the glovebox...still thing it's where the door and dash meet.

LOL, is that an actual welcome aboard, or a "Welcome to owning a Cobalt?"
Long story short, if the car was a year or two old, I would not care so much, but it did this after like 200kms...

Mine makes a groaning / rubbing / squeaking noise over bumps but only when it's cold out, sounds like the whole dash is moving.
Sway bar bushings (cold stiff rubber) binding up a bit on the (now winter grim coated) sway bar, resonating through the firewall is my guess. Goes away when the temps higher than -10c or so.
Kind of a pita but as Dark pointed out....Welcome to the club
