Noticed yesterday that my car was making a knocking/tapping sound from the back side of the head (exhaust valves?). Today I leave for work come to a light throw it in neutral and it dies. try to turn it over and nothing beside a random backfire from the tail pipe with 1-2in flames shooting out...................... ideas?

 

I'm calling timing chain tesioner was the ticking niose.. and it jumped time
