seafoam problem

My friend used seafoam today and his car doesn't turn on now. He put a 1/3 of the can in the vacuum from where the brake booster goes, and a 1/3 in the gas tank. The tank was around a little above E. After we poured it in the vacuum hose it shut off on its own, so we waited five minutes like it says on the can and..... all it would do is crank and wouldn't turn on. Anybody got any advice?

you're not supposed to let the car die out on its own you are supposed to keep it revved high enough so it doesn't die out then turn it off and wait 5 minutes so it seeps in. Might be the problem, but I'm not sure what the fix would be.

sea foam fouls out your spark plugs. unless you change them your not helping anything anyways.
just cleaning one thing to make another dirty.

we took the plugs out and they were all wet so we cleaned them and then tried again. They were wet again so we cleaned and still the same.
