Delayed Throttle Response

Hey guys, I drive a 06 ss sc. When im at idle, and I get into first gear to start going, there is a delay when I step on the pedal, the rpms stay the same but the vacuum climbs up to near boost, and then once I step on the pedal a little more the rpms climb and i get going. Do you guys think theres something up with the Throttle Position Sensor. By the way I've had a lean code (p0171) for a little while, incase that might have something to do with it. but i think that might just be a bad o2 sensor. Thanks!

Idk how it is with newer cars but with 90s and such, a delay in throttl response was usually linked with a vacuum leak. If ur throwing a lean code then it could be a possibility. Spray some soapy water at gaskets and check for cracks. Hope this helps

Thanks guys, it might be a vacuum leak or a clogged cat, I'm gonna have my mechanic diagnose it.
