My passenger side door looks like it's not flush with the car body. It sits out 1/8" and looks terrible... I think it was installed like this from the factory but i didn't notice it until after i bought the car. I haven't really taken a serious look at fixing it yet because it hasn't really bothered me but it's starting to. I'm guessing i just need to take the door off and realign it but i'm not really sure? Anyone done this before? Easy to do?

 

one time i went to a ford factory plant and watched them making the trucks.

one of the last things i saw was them with some sort of tool, kind of like a prybar or something and they were using it to pull up and down on the doors to make them close right. maybe look into something like that. pics might be needed
