Anyone getting the annoying door handle rattle on their rides???......my driver side outer handle rattles and seems loose compared to the passenger side. Is there anyway of tightening the damn thing if i take the door panel off the inside???....seems to be loose where the handle is hinged on the front section of the handle....dont really want to lose my car for a day just to take it in for warranty if i can do it myself in 20 mins. Any advice or pics would be appreciated.

 

I havent found a cobalt ss/sc which doesnt have the handle rattle.

 

my handle must be the cats pajama's because there aint no rattle from my dizzle hizzle

i gues it means two things, your bass is WAY to loud, or you open your doors like savages!

 

i have the stock stereo in mine.......for now .....and the handle has rattled from day 1.......so its not my fault damnit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.........lol

 

i have the same problem, it's def because of the bass though. Also, i figured the amount i use the driver's side handle completely out numbers the times i ever use the passanger side handle.

 

My outer driverside handle rattles also when listening to my music loud. I didn't notice it until I was siting at a light with my windows down and radio turned up. I have an 05 SS/SC

 

anybody fix this problem yet?

 

I know OniMirage had his replaced because it detatched on the one side. Not sure if it is related to our rattling. Might keep an eye on it.

 

My driver's side door handle had the chrome plating peeling off real bad.I included it in the list when I had my impact foam recall. They replaced it with no questions.
