so last weekend i noticed the fabric on the door panel by the cup started to lift... anyone else have this problem? Also the trim around the HVAC controls is fading at the bottom... i took it to the dealership no questions asked they ordered me a new door panel and trim.. im really impressed so far of the service i've received from the service dept

 

The fabric on my passanger door is starting to go and the paint on the plastic bezels seems to be coming off alread with just normal use... just something else to add to my list when I take it in.

 

Do a search before you post but to answer there is a TSB out on it, dealer will install a surround plate that extends the handle out further to cover all fabric.

 

whats a tsb? ive been having the same problems for about 8 months now and i figured there wasnt anything that could be done?

 

a tsb is a technical service bulletin that the mechanics recieve on cars with common problems... so if your car has one of these "common" problems then the dealer has instructions on how to fix/repair the issue.

as far as the trim cup/interior trim panel issue, there is one out for our cars. just go to the dealer and tell them to fix it, provided you car is still under warranty (3/36k) for these kinds of problems.

i have had my ENTIRE front passenger side door panel replaced for the crappy fabric coming out/off around the trim cup and my front driver side trim cup replaced for the paint peeling off (both under warranty)

if you have too many problems, bust out the lemon law on it!
