Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

door trim

went to go paint my door trim today and the first piece came out great and then the second piece the paint kept drying dull or faded looking. i did nothing differently though? has any1 had experience with this or know what im doing wrong

did you sand them down before you started painting? I took mine off, it was a nightmare.

yes iv sanded and used prep wipes the whole nine yards my first one came out fine 2nd one not so well so i decided to strip the paint and try again not sure what to use on plastic though to take paint off most of its for metal

i'd probably just sand it back off. Did you take them off before painting them, or did you tape around them on the door?

just sand it off the use paint meant for plastic..
