Threw that code the other day. I was coming up to a stop in neutral when it set. I freaked at first, but noticed the car was running fine (actually seems a bit more peppy with the light on). I scanned and cleared it. Drove it for a while and didnt come back on. Made another trip about the same distance (about 40+ miles round trip) and cant remember how long it took before it came back on again. Scanned and cleared again, and drove back home. After about 120 miles down the road, light came on again.
I do have a lsj complete exhaust on (including manifold since the o2 is in a different spot yet manifolds are essentially the same). I was told it had 10K on it when I got it. Ive put nearly 1500 miles on it, maybe more, before I set this code. I drove about 120-140 miles after filling it up with gas I dont put in it any more (BP crap), before the code was thrown. I will be filling up with the normal gas next time (car is down for the week or more while the daily driver comes out). Ive had issues with BP gas before in other cars.
I always thought the lsj cats seemed like junk, but seriously going bad with like 12k miles on it and on my l61? Is this a common problem with the lsj cat or all of them? Im really thinking of buying a new downpipe now when I get the chance.

yeah but i cant stand having that check engine light on my dash. annoys me sometimes. but car doesnt get worse with it on, actually it usually feels better. guess i will just deal with it for now till i can get a new downpipe.
