DTC's PO133 and P1133

I'm currently throwing both of these codes. I looked them up in the DTC list, and this is what they are:

P0133 HO2S Slow Response Sensor 1 ECM, PCM
P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Sensor 1 ECM, PCM

Do you guys think I need to replace the first o2 sensor? I just replaced the 2nd one a couple weeks ago since it got damaged upon reinstallation and it fixed that code.

Do you have a custom tune on your car? Sounds like the o2 isn't "sweeping" at 14.7. If you have HPTuners run a log to see where the o2 is reading at idle or cruise. Too high of a minimum pulse width can do this.

I am still running the Stage 2 GM tune at the moment. I have HPTuners, but I'm waiting on breaking in the new clutch until I mess around with it. I'm having a hard enough time keeping my foot out of it. I suppose I could run some datalogs though. My wideband is showing the car all over from 14.1 to 15.6 at idle, so I think it's the 1st o2 sensor since my UEGO is brand new and that's what the codes directly point to.

I'll probably just replace the sensor. Thanks gents.

That datalog results or the results from replacing the sensor?

I meant the swapping of the sensor and if it "cures" the issue, but sure why not the data logging as well. J/K.

I just replaced the sensor, and test drove the car. All is well now, no codes so far.
