dual pass leaking
RTV or buy a new endplate gasket.
For RTV, I'd get "The Right Stuff" by Permatex

Is it leaking from the nipple through around the house? Or between the intake manifold and the plate?
I would say buy some new hose clamps and try different positions and tightness, just worked on mine for a couple of weeks. Finally got everything right

MrB is right, problems and service is the correct section to post this in.
Thread moved.
As for your problem, the ZZP dual pass endplates are known for leaking. I would have looked into that before purchasing.
But if you are set on keeping it, get some RTV sealant and seal her up.

some of them cant be saved. go buy a GM one from CED no problem. I have had 100% success with the ZZP endplate, flowing epoxy around each nipple before install, and facing the mounting surface flat. BUT I do that when its new, and some folks have reported that they tried that and it didnt work.
75 versus 200. tough choice.
but you bought it used OP and maybe the seller got rid of it for a reason, sad to say.
back to GM OEM what I use.

That's the one I run, and never had an issue.
