Well my battery had crapped out on me I had to jump it off a few times. When I drove it my interior lights, speedometer, and power steering wouldnt work. It also wouldn't shift out of 2nd. So I replaced the battery and it worked fine for about a day, now the issues are my wipers dont work, heat and air controls dont work and power steering is out. Shift fine now though. So I took it to the dealer they thought i may need an ecm reprogram...they pulled it back and said it had the latest software. They went in and cleared any codes, got the car running good again and within a couple hours it had the same symptoms...any ideas whats happened?

 

Possibly a blown fuse or bad ground somewhere. Do you have a different stereo system installed?

 

Also your ECM wouldn't cause this. This is something related to the BCM.

 

No its all factory stereo back in it...is the bcm the piece on the passenger side of the center console area?
