your in limp mode

first things first learn to shift...

second disconnect the battery for 5-10min and it will clear...

Take your throttlebody off and check those pins inside the electrical connector. I bet one of them is bent and not making a connection. Happened to me, I couldn't figure out WTF was wrong with it until I found that. I drove around in limp mode after I went stage 2 for weeks. It sucked. Also check to make sure that your intake piping is secure (although I don't think this will throw it into limp but check it just to be sure).

well i'm not at the car right now but unplugging the battery did nothing its still in limp mode....

well the tire spun so it hit it and then just died...that shouldn't happen. its a rev limiter...i'm thinking it may be a sensor

cam or crank or somehting

and my car is not under warrenty so what would i be looking at price wise for a new crank position sensor and install if thats what it is

no i i don't have a scanner....i can't imagine what else it may be if something internal broke in would be pouring smoke out the back...so i'd beat on a sensor but how much is theis **** gonna cost me

has anything like this happened to anypne else before and not be able to get out of limp mode????this happened before and then when i shut the car off for 5 min it went away//but its not doing it this time

Check the plug below the throttle body, i just spent 98 bucks from a dealer to plug in my ******* cord....... it fell off twice putting it into limp mode. so wiggle it around and who knows it may start right up.

yeah its the sensor thats a bitch to get too under the throttle body, high rpm's can shake it loose some times worth a try.

ya it was loose after we removed it to be ported i guess after a few days of spirited driving (but no wot) i floored it and bamb limp mode. Never hit the rev limiter but im assuming the limiter just helped it fall off/get loose
