is it a ticking noise that is present when you start the car when its cold and then goes away in a few minutes once it warms up? if so its the exhaust manifold gasket if not IDK!

That really sounds like a Rod Bearing. If not its def in the valve train. Any problems with losing coolant and or oil?

send it back to EATON go to their website it'll take some hunting but either them or one of their authorized distributors can get you a rebuild kit, this is something you can do at your house with basic tools and some time, the gear case cone has pressed in races, find a shop to change those and thats all you need.

Sounds MUCH better. Are you sure it wasn't just a SC coupler. Mine will do that every so often, and I know it needs to be replaced. It's a cheap part. Also I would buy the upgraded timing chain tensioner bolt.
