Hey I have a thread titled "Unknown Problem please take a look" It sounds like you have the same issue, read the thread it may help. However, people suggest to have GM reflash the ECU, I took mine in friday and they refused to reflash it. They said there wasn't a problem and the lastest software is in. I argued for about a half hour, and left without a reflash! It doesn't really cost them anything, just download a program and leave it alone for a little, it sucked but whatever, if the car dies it's under warranty. Hope the info helps!
when it does it is your a/c on? I did it to me with the a/c on (one and only time a/c will ever be on) but if I rev mine it comes back to about 1500 and sits for about 1/2 second, is that what yours is doing?
Does it start out of no where or does
"slowing down, put the car in Neutral and before the car fully stops the RPMS go up and down"
If the above is happening I had this problem and just taping the gas got rid of it. its a known issue, and Never went away until after I had Stage 2 installed. I think it has something to do with how low the SS stock idles. With stage 1 I Idled much higher and was much more secure.
