Today I was driving my beautiful SS and I went slowly up a weird driveway and CRACK I heard a horrible sound that I usually here when my car hits low cement, I didn't think anything of it I thought it was just the scrape plate thing...I got out of my car and half of my front ground effects were hanging off the car with tons of scratches. I definitly need to go get it fixed,,,DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH IT USUALLY COSTS TO HAVE THE FRONT GROUND EFFECT REPLACED?!??!?!!?

yeah it really sucks, especially considering this is SS #2 for me. I got a red one last June, in January some 17 year old girl in an eclipse slammed into me and totaled my car. Luckily no one was hurt but I just seem to have bad luck with these SS's

 

If its just the extra lip on the SS/SC then it shouldn't be too bad but if you got the bumper then the repair on the could bump the cost a bit.

I heard the lip alone is around $200.

 

lip is about 70-80 bucks. fronot bumper is around 240ish w/ the slots for it.

 

aww ****, its like the side of the lip...is that the bumper? I thought the bumper was actually a part of the car, but you said the slots...? yeah the slots are broken too, so i guess that is the bumper.****

 

If it ain't bad the slots for the clips could be repaired
