Throwing a P0449 & p0455 code. does anyone know where i can find a diagram of the entire evap system?

anyone know where the evap valve and solenoid are located?

the purge solenoid is on the engine.
the canister is located behind the fuel tank just above the rear crossmember.

Check to make sure your gas cap is on tight!

is there a GM tech on here that can get a copy of the diagram and post it up???? i called the dealership and they said they would print one out for me but i am unable to get there before their techs leave for the day since i work 2 hrs from home.

 

for the most part you will need a tech 2, but p0455 is large evap leak which could be either a really shity gas cap, the fuel tank hose from the nozzle down to the tank rubbed a hole in it or the tank is cracked.

 

i'll prolly replace the gas cap for the third time in two years. i'll have to check the hose and tank. i haven't smelled any gas at all around or in my car though so i doubt there's a leak. i just did another scan and i'm throwing the P0449 and P0449 Pending...my P0171 lean code is gone and so is the P0455...wtf is goin on!

i cleared the codes and we'll see if they come back or not this afternoon
