So basically I noticed that I had a leak or something right after my resonator in my GM performance exhaust, installed by GM... I have the ZZP header/DP combo... Think I can get my cat-back warrantied?

Also. I've noticed a little squeak coming from what seems like right under my driver seat kinda like it's the exhaust.. maybe a bolt is loose? is this possible? after the car warms up, the squeak stops... any ideas??

well ive had my gm intake warrentied so i dont see why not. but they may say its because or the h/dp you have

if you have your stock stuff put it back on and see if it still does it. if it dus then take it to a dif dealer and see what they can do for you

Sucks, because I sold my stock manifold/downpipe to a 2.2L guy.... Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, etc.. Haha..

 

hope youve got a friend around you with a stock ss/sc to help you out. now you said rattle or squeek but i didnt read anything about rattle. is it possible rubbing the heat shield ?

 

Could be. I plan to craw up under it tomorrow to see what I can figure out on my own. The local dealership is full of pretty cool guys so hopefully they will help me out...

 

yea mine rattled when i put it on with my brother and it was pretty loud. but after i crawled under it and moved like 4 little pieces of the heat shield away from the exhaust everything was good. i hope you have the same luck
