So, about 350 miles ago(3 weeks), I kicked a CEL, and it ended up being a leak in an evap. hose. So here we are again, and the damn CEL kicked back on. Car feels the same as it did last time. I have an appt. tomorrow to get it fixed again. I asked the guy when I called to set up the appt. if maybe this hose is just too close to the manifold and is getting burnt through somehow, or whatnot. Anyone else had this problem? I wanna know if its something common. Of course, it took 5900 miles to do it the 1st time, but then 300 the 2nd time. It's pretty irritating. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

 

I believe it has to be 3 times for the exact same problem and under a certain milage and then its considered a lemon. Go talk to the sales person and ask them they should be able to help you out.

 

Okay...I'll ask tomorrow. Still though...anybody had issue with their hoses melting away?
