do you have a catalytic converter? if not then you will obviously throw this code. you will with a high flow cat as well

thats what it would be if you had the stock cat as running rich clogs your cat and the efficiency code gets thrown to let you know that your cat if pooched. since you have a high flow cat, the computer thinks that its running rich because less stuff is being filter from the lack of the stock cat.

first ur running all those mods and no wideband? Second u either u still have ur cat or it blew itself out like what happened to me. Either way ur cat isnt working to gm standards. the code wont hurt anything or cause any performance lose.

The mix is off on your post cat 02 sensor readings because of the high flow cat. You can get around it a number of ways.

P0141 maybe?

your a/f's are fine, since your running a high flow cat that doesn't catch all the emissions and thins them down the second O2 sensor is seeing that something is out of wack, which is why its setting off an efficiency code. if you were to put in the fix for this (spark plug fouler, to take the O2 sensor out of the direct stream) the code will go away

P0420 is the code that keeps coming up....along with another one for multiple misifire. i had a guy look at it and there was un burnt fuel sitting on top of the cylinder and had lost pressure in 2 cylinders cuz of it from what he said

Get the 0420 code tuned out by someone with hp tuners or have zzp 1.0 pcm mod done.

The code is for the o2 sensor after the cat. Thats all it does is makes sure that the cat is working properly.

Just get a catless dp they work great.

The 420 code is also for cat inefficiency which is the post cat o2 sensor

i know this thread is a few months old but i have the p0141 code and i got it right after i put the Bosch o2 sensor in

i had the stock o2 sensor hooked up to this o2 sensor extender so it wouldnt get hit by excessive fuel(flow) as im running a high flow cat
and never got the p0141 code and i had this setup for a good yr

but i did get the p0137 code and i was told the o2 sensor was about to be dead pretty much thats why i swapped it and i just have this p0141 code haha

i clear it multiple times and it comes back, i even took the o2 sensor extender off the other day and cleared the code and it came back today

i read that its the Bosch sensor, but just wondered if u guys wanted to add some insight

Thanks
