fuel problem
Hey guys.well like 3 day ago I filled up my car, everything was normal my winshield was super dirty and I was almost on empty so I decided to clean it, while I was doing that I noticed the pump kept putting gas so I ran and sure enough the gas was dripping. At first I didnt really care as I though it was the pump from the station that was faulty since it has happened to me before on another car. then the next day I got a low fuel message on my dash and the tank was full so, I got a bit worried but I didnt pay much attebtion as I though it was because of the overfill I did the day before well today I pumped gas again and sure Enough it didnt stop again and my dash says I have 411miles to go when before it would only go to like 360 the most. Any one have some ideas? Also put gas at different stations. ive been checking my fuel pressure on my rpd and it seems normal
What level are you filling it at (what gauge shows) and how much gas are you putting in. As your average fuel economy goes up your gas light will come on later and it'll estimate you can go further as well.

Well I never like to be runing on empty so I alway put gas once im at half tank or allitle before that and always fill up with 91. The problem is why doesnt the pump jump off when its full it just keep filling and if I dont stop it manually eventually the gas is just going drip
