Mkay so for about the past 3 times that I have filled up, the fuel pump stops filling like every three seconds. All in all its not a big deal but it turns a 3 min. job into a 10 min. one. I dont think its the gas station cause I fill my ma's Escape up at the same place and it doesnt do that. So any ideas of what the problem is?

 

umm. try not putting the nozzle all the way in the filler neck. thats what happened on my mothers van and it usually solved the problem. it has something to do with the vapors or pressure in the tank giving the pump nozzle feedback making it think the tank is full.
