fuel regulator problem

I have an 08 t/c and the fuel regulator sensor broke off on my engine. Has any one have this problem before. GM said they warrenty it cause i have mods done to my car which is bull ****.

Well, in your mods list you reference something done with the fuel regulator, so they are definitely within their right to deny warranty coverage. Good luck with that...you're the first I've heard of with this issue.

No at the time i only had bov done an exhaust thats it.

Just out of pure ass curiosity, why did you upgrade your pump and regulator in the first place? Surely just a catback and CAI aren't maxing your fuel, what is the SS/TC's stock fuel setup rated for..?

In the long run it was cheaper to get my hole fuel system redone cause im planing to do alot of **** to the car. No one knows what the stock fuel setup was rated for we called tons of other dealership and got many of different answers. We called straight to the head quarters and they didnt help either.

You injectors will need to be replaced before anything else - I believe some of the turbo swap guys have already pushed the limits of the stock system. Unfortunately that will probably be more expensive and difficult than what you've already done.
