Gauge Issues - Fuel/ Tachometer/ Speedometer

all three of them seem to be too far ahead - even when i shut the car off.

my fuel needle is at 1/2 and im full, once i start it up, it goes past the full mark and goes clockwise towards the E.

my tachometer is 400 rpms ahead, even when shut off

my speedometer is 10-15 km/h ahead, even when shut off.

it just started this morning- all gauges at the same time. whats the problem and whats the solution?

It's a common problem with certain GM cars. I remember reading about someone's speedometer reading 140 MPH just sitting in the driveway.

no it's mainly because of messing with the ECM its not just GM cars... ZZP had problems with there pcms (they use HPT also), with your HPT tune, did you calibrate it, or did you get the pcm first from an aftermarket place like ottp, intense, ZZP, etc...?

UPDATE-

i did 3 ecu reflashes with the same tune in a row- after the third, the gauges simply reset upo start-up.

they work fine now, but im not sure it was of my own doing, or just by coincidence.
