idk if its my trany? but for some reason every once in a while my traction control light comes on and my car shifts hard like nasty hard.now it stopped but my check engine light came on. feels like the trany is gonna fall off at times thats how hard the shifting is. i heard the 2.4/ss's were supposed to be re called due to a problem similar to this, if anyone knows what it might be please shed some info to me>>>thanks

 

There have been a few threads on this and I think from what I remember it has something to do with the Maf sensor but I could be wrong.
Can anyone verify this for me

 

Hmm interesting. My CEL has been coming on and going off lately im at 33k miles. Haven't had a chance to run the code yet. I don't have a hard time shifting though at least nothing out of the ordinary for cobalts.
