They cut my bump stops you name it, thankfully they have a no hassle warranty but how can the back end start squekin like that?? I mean its not bad and **** it will go away for the longest time too, then like that little mouse in your wall... grrrr
I hope its not something caused by my springs cause I imagine my warrenty might not cover it??
I have a squek coming from my front right strut since i lowered it... I only get it taking a hard left... either way my friend does suspension work for a living he said it's the spring rubbing in what ever you call the rubber deal on top of the spring making that noise.
thanks!
ya I looked under the car last night and and I do see those rubber sleaves but nothing out of the ordinary, as long as the cars not in trouble I can handle it!! I'll just have to crank up my stereo I guess,lol..
Wow thanks eh!!!!! now I just gotta figure out wtf are the insulators?? hehe But ya thanks I went to Edmonton which has to have some of the worst roads ever and well that squekin was nuts!!!

Well I don't know if its the cold weather??? but I checked my back seats and the mechanism that releases them.. Well I put a peice of electrical tape around the little catch bar on the passenger side back seat and well I heard a tiny squek last night as I drove home now nothing
x alot, but we'll see as its cold out and my cars sitting in a warm building!?
Maybe those noises are warm weather activated???

It IS your backseat.
I had my rear insulators changed thinking it would fix the problem and it didn't.
Then I went to my backseat and jerked the right side up and down and around... and then the high pitched mousey squeak went away for a week, now it's 'trying' to come back but only every now and then. It's something underneath where the seat and the back meet. Someone posted having a heavier person sit in there.... he's right. I put my roomate in the backseat behind me and the squeak went away.
I believe my entire back seat is not 'secured' down as tight as it should be. The left side is tight, the right side I can wrench up and down. It's something that fastens the seat to the car that isn't right. I'm bringing her in.
Good luck!
