Head Gasket, Mods, Warrenty

Ok, so I'm starting to notice a little leaking because of the head gasket. There's a little over 40k miles on the car. Also the mods currently on the car are injen CAI, Vibrant Header and D/P combo, and corsa exhaust. Now I'm assuming this covered by the 100k mile powertraing warrenty. Now is there a way they can prove that my mods caused this problem even though I don't think it could. I wanna go in there and if they try and say anything I want to be able to prove them wrong and act like I know what I'm saying.

Have you brought it in for any work since the mods.
It shouldnt be a problem but sometimes it depends on the dealer,he could give you a hard time but then they should have to prove to you how the mods caused the problem.

Na, I haven't had to bring it in for any work since all the mods.
