I have read that they stick padding under the headliner between the roof and the headliner - it shouldn't be visible. Apparently, the 2007 cars have this "fix" applied from the factory - I can vouch that my 2007 G5 headliner area looks no different than a 2006 Cobalt's.
I think it would all come down to how careful and conscientious your dealer's technicians are when they install it.

Ok sounds good to me. It will give me an excuse to go in there. My seatbelt for some reason wont roll back up all the way and i keep slaming it in the door which is pissing me off so ill have them replace that while they are doing the recall work.
Has any ones else had a problem with the door rubber by the door still. Mine is like getting all crappy falling apart so mabe they can replace that too.
The last time i was there he guy asked me if it was an SS. Its obviously NOT! And wheni gave him the ARE YOU A ******* RETARD look he siad it was because of the css.net sticker on the window.....Ugh.
