Header/ DP now CEL

finally got my DP from exhaust depot so me and my buddy put it in this friday. Everything was going good (cept for the 02 sensor in the DP REFUSING to come out) One of the two bolts that connects the DP to the rest of the exhuast got frozen so I tried to drill it, tried to grind it, wouldnt come out. Needles to say I had a pretty bad leak. Since I didnt have an oxyacetylene torch I took it to the local muffler shop to finish up. When I got in, I noticed I had a CEL, the guy at the shop plugged in his scanner and it came up with 3 codes. He said his scanner didnt read them, only erase, so he erased them and it was cool. I went out later that day and as I was driving the light came on and has been on ever since. Funny thing is when it was running with the leak I had no CEL. On the way to the muffler shop no CEL, only after they took it out and put a new flange on the back end of the DP have I have a code. What should I check and if it all checks out how can I turn off the sensor/ light.

almost everytime when you change your stock cat, you will get p0420. Only way to turn it off would be via hpt, or get a couple spark plug antifoulers and see if that does the trick.

Thanks guys. Im gonna run the scanner on the car today see what comes up but it will most likely be the cat code. I just want to make sure its not anything thats gonna cause me problems down the line or mess with my emissions for testing. Good thing I got it done last month ; - )

OK, I ran the scanner and the following codes came up...
P0036, P0141, and P0141 with what looked like musical notes next to it.
The DP has a high flow metallic cat in it if that helps. I also noticed my driver side turning signal wasnt working, took out the bulb and noticed the base was all burned on one side, and the elements looked fine. Replaced the bulb and still no turn signal, looks to me like the wiring burned up inside the headlight. Has this happened to anyone else?

Well I posted my codes towards the top of the post, can anybody tell me what exactly they mean and how to go about turning them off? I know HP tuners can turn off a O2 sensor if need be but what exactly do my codes mean?

P0036 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Sensor 2 ECM
P0141 HO2S Heater Performance Sensor 2 ECM

It means you mangled your rear O2. HPT can remove the codes.

I know that HP Tuners will remove the code but I read something on the boards recently that was a tech bulletin claiming that if I bring my car in for warranty repairs and they find I have any kind of custom tuning done, it will void my warranty. I just dont wanna get the code taken care of and then have my warranty be useless
