headlight issue

Hello, iv been looking to see if I could find a post about my situation or maybe direct me to it, but I'm not talking about the blue connector for the headlight but the one after that one..the black one. My passenger side turn signal and running light does not work, but when messing around with the black connector it will flicker on and off..I believe it was the green wire and a tan one I believe..but iv checked the grounds, bulb..I just don't know.plz help. I do have h.I.ds with a relay harness.

Take the bulb out of the socket and look at where the bulb goes in and see if it looks melted/corroded.

If it looks burnt at all than thats probably the issue. If you can move the bulb around to turn the light on and off I'll be money its the bulb where the socket goes in.
