HELP! Boost issue?

Alright so I have a 2005 SS/SC. I know when I bought it the previous owner had a stage 1 kit already installed. This is what I know was on the car when I bought it.
Stage 1 kit, (42.5lb injectors) GMPP cat-back exhaust. 6 months after I bought it I went and got a smaller pulley installed. My car ran slower(1/4mile)... But boosted higher.. About 15psi. A couple months later I was having a boost issue where it was making a whistle noise and over boosting off the guage! Turned out to be a clogged cat. So now ever since the cat has been fixed I am only boosting 10-12psi. any thoughts?

Check the I/C pump for function. Mine was dead for the past year or so. I don't even want to know what the IAT2's got up to...

When the pump dies, the car bleeds off boost in an attempt to pull in cooler air, amongst other things like retarded timing and dumping fuel. Just something to consider. It would also bog out in the lower RPMs instead of accelerating linearly. Now that I've replaced the pump, it's like a whole new car and actually can get out of it's own way without making a shitload of noise and barely moving anywhere.

Is bleeding boost and bogging the only symptoms of the pump? I guess i forgot another instance were my car was missfireing and bogging terriblely. It ended up being a bad spark plug. And it still hasnt boosted back up to 15psi yet. Although i heard something about external tempretures wont let you get full boost if its cold outside. Like I live in ohio and its been any where from single digits to 45 degrees...

I'm having the same problems after putting in a new alternator. The supercharger has only been removed a total of 4 times and the intake manifold has never been removed to my knowledge [blew old motor].

When I first started her up the first time in 2 weeks it bogged out then started running fine but you could smell the gas comming from the exhaust pulled her out the garage and let it idle for a couple minutes to get everything running smooth.

Finally it got to temp so I decided to do a pull. The first couple pulls it was so sluggish then the car jerked like it hit fuel cut. Eventually it cleared up the jerking problem but now every pull I did you could feel that something was holding the power and I was only showing 10-12 psi and I'm on a 2.8 pulley.

All lines are hooked up and sensors are also, I'm pulling the plugs tommorow since I did the alternator and rear caliper today but I doubt that would cause that much of a loss in boost. I'm gonna try and replace the s/c gasket also. Any other ideas?

Mods are: 2.8 pulley, 60s, Full bolt-ons, No major cooling mods; only 1 step colder plugs.

I live in Rochester, NY and the temps right now are about 40 degrees. I have a interceptor that I just bought and am still learning how to use it haha. any help would be greatly appreciated.
